I am fascinated by Lime Plaster. The whole process of plastering a wall with lime is interesting to me, from the manufacture of the lime, to the years of chemical reactions quietly going on inside the wall, the breath-ability, and the self healing properties. No wonder that this stuff lasts hundreds and hundreds of years.
